Q. How do I make an appointment?

A. You may call 303.369.4200 and speak directly with a therapist or you can use our Contact Form to request more information. Our staff will then contact you to schedule an appointment or direct you to the appropriate member of our team. All our therapists maintain their own schedules and make their own appointments.

Q. How do I make a referral?

A. Please use the attached referral form and fax the completed form to 303-369-5072 or phone 303-369-4200 and leave a message with Dr. May or Dr. Hiner. A therapist will then return your call in a timely manner.

Q. How much does it cost?

A. We have a range of pricing for evaluations and group treatment based on many factors. Your therapist will be able to provide you with pricing after receiving a description of the services required. Individual session rates vary by therapist. Please ask your therapist for his/her rate.

Q. When do I pay?

A. Payment is expected at the beginning of the session for groups or individual sessions. Payment for evaluations is expected during the intake session. If a payment arrangement is made for an evaluation, please be aware that the evaluation will not be released until payment is complete.

Q. Do you take insurance?

A. No, but we will be glad to provide you with the appropriate billing codes so that you may bill your insurance company directly.

Q. Do you offer services in Spanish?

A. Yes, many of our services are available in Spanish. Please ask your therapist about the particular service you are interested in.

Q. What can I expect on my first visit?

A. Treatment and Evaluation Services works to provide the most effective match between the therapy and client. During your initial visit, your therapist will assess your needs and recommend a treatment program or group that best suits you. In addition, your rights as a client and fees will be discussed as well as any questions you might have.
